History of the building
The development plot was acquired in 2010 as part of a single transaction together with the neighboring building.
Our contribution
In 2015, we initiated the approval process for the construction of a new apartment building on a vacant section of the site. An architectural study was prepared, followed by initial-stage documentation for the issuance of a zoning decision. We successfully obtained the majority of favorable opinions and approvals from the relevant authorities and other participating entities. In 2023, the project was sold at this advanced stage of development.
