History of the building
This is a classic Art Nouveau apartment building typical of early 20th-century Prague urban architecture.
Our contribution
The project involved a complete renovation of the building, including the construction of new attic apartments and the installation of an elevator in the inner courtyard. Following completion, the individual residential units were sold.
