Residential Building at Branická, Prague

This is a classic Art Nouveau apartment building typical of early 20th-century Prague development. The three-story corner building forms a distinctive feature of Branická Street. It stands close to places that helped shape Prague’s cultural scene just a few dozen meters away was the legendary pub Na Kovárně, where the band Tři sestry was founded. The neighborhood has retained the atmosphere of a “Prague periphery,” with narrow streets and historic cobblestone paving.

The project consisted of a comprehensive renovation of the apartment building, including the construction of a new attic extension, followed by the sale of individual residential units.
