History of the building
This is a classic Art Nouveau apartment building typical of Plzeň's residential development at the beginning of the 20th century. The project involved the complete reconstruction of the apartment building, including, among other things, the implementation of an attic conversion and the addition of an elevator to the courtyard, followed by the sale of the units.
