History of the building
This is an Art Nouveau apartment building from the beginning of the 20th century in Aš. In the apartment building, which we purchased in 2006 in Aš, we carried out a two-phase reconstruction with the support of a state subsidy. The first stage lasted until 2012 and ended with the successful final inspection of ten newly created apartment units. In 2016, the second phase of reconstruction followed, again partly supported by public funds, during which another ten apartment units were created. The result is a total of twenty apartments.
