Residential Buildings, Ústí nad Labem

This project comprises four Art Nouveau apartment buildings in Ústí nad Labem, representing a characteristic example of German border-region urban development at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.

Between 2013 and 2016, we acquired these buildings, some of which were located in socially disadvantaged areas, and carried out their complete renovation with the support of public subsidies. A total of forty starter and assisted-living apartments were created, intended for supported housing.

Our objective was not only to restore the technical condition of neglected buildings, but also to provide safe and dignified homes and to contribute to the overall revitalization of these neighborhoods.
