History of the building
These are terraced townhouses in the historic center of Cheb, which are registered in the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic. Their current form is based on the Baroque reconstruction from the 18th century. In 1962, the buildings underwent construction modifications as part of the sanitation of the Cheb historic center, during which inappropriate interventions were made to these monuments. All the houses have undergone extensive reconstructions during our ownership - from roof repairs, window replacements, and facade renovations to interior modifications, including the construction of new apartment units in the attic, reconstruction of backbone networks, and partial modernizations of existing apartments. Thanks to their historical significance and preservation, these houses represent a valuable part of urban architecture and a significant element of Cheb's cultural heritage. We are pleased that we could contribute to restoring their appearance, which once again approaches the original Baroque state.
Our contribution
