Small Historic Farmsteads
History of the building
Our contribution
In previous years, the buildings underwent essential stabilization works aimed at preventing further deterioration and preserving their original character. However, they are still awaiting comprehensive restoration and sensitive architectural development. Our long-term intention is to gradually bring these structures back to life, with maximum respect for historic construction techniques, traditional materials, and their broader landscape context.
We strive to ensure that, once restored, each property will serve not only as an aesthetically valuable element of the rural environment, but also as a fully functional space adapted to contemporary needs, whether for residential use, recreation, agrotourism, or community activities. Through this approach, we aim to contribute to the preservation of cultural heritage, the development of regional communities, and the sustainable stewardship of historic buildings over the long term.
